There are some foods that might surprise people that are part of the immune system diet. A good example of these types of foods are certain forms of oils and fats. A good way to get these type of nutrients is from nuts and from fish. Another food that I was surprised at how good it is for the immune system diet is certain kinds of mushrooms. In the immune system diet there are foods that need to be avoided though. The most important food to stay away from is sugar. There are so many reasons that sugar are bad for you. I am just gonna go over some of the diseases it can be responsible for. The most noteworthy is diabetes. It also does two other things that are counterproductive to the immune system diet. Those things are the release of free radicals in the bloodstream and it raises the bad cholesterol, Low-density lipoprotein. In conclusion then there are many foods that you want to eat. The type of foods everyone always encourages you to eat. |
